Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Electrical Estimator in Rosemead, California to drive bids, takeoffs, and pricing strategy for complex projects. You will lead estimators, manage risk, and ensure timely, accurate estimates in line with company policies.

Requires 5+ years in electrical estimating, computerized estimating experience (Accubid LiveCount preferred), and the ability to pass background and drug tests. This role offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimators on bids, plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations.
• Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award.
• Work hours can be 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch.

Job Details

• Lead Estimators on bids, plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies
• Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award
• Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch
