Overview

Technology Services opportunity focused on Global EDI operations, process improvement, and customer-based projects that enhance EDI capabilities. This role combines technical expertise with strategic process improvement and offers career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Global EDI operations, including production support and administration of EDI documents.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the EDI structure and system interfaces.
• Collaborate with partners to implement enhancements and monitor document transmissions.
• Lead customer-based projects to digitize processes and optimize EDI capabilities.
• Provide project and technical guidance to team members and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or computer programming preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in EDI systems and interfaces.
• Experience in Seeburger implementation and configuration, including BIC Mapping Designer.
• Proficiency in SAP to support and set up EDI partners and tables.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of S/4 HANA and EDI interfaces.
• Understanding of process and data modeling and data architectural development methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and matrix environment.
• Ability to effectively manage deadlines and time pressures.
• Proven capability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal partners.
