The AI Design Enablement team focuses on applying AI-assisted methods to real semiconductor design challenges, helping accelerate development, improve quality, and enhance engineering efficiency across custom memory workflows.
We are looking for an experienced EDA/CAD engineer with hands-on AI, ML, or LLM experience who is excited to shape the next generation of AI-assisted workflows for custom memory development. In this role, you will apply your expertise in IC design, layout, verification, simulation, and design automation to identify and deliver high-value solutions that improve engineering productivity, quality, and cycle time. This position offers the opportunity to build on a strong CAD foundation while growing into a broader AI-focused role over time.
US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position: $98,000.00 - $267,000.00 a year.
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, pay is determined by location and job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and education or training. The pay scale is subject to change; your recruiter can share the specific range for your location during hiring.
