Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and cultivate high‑impact partnerships with leading companies specializing in physical AI technologies, such as advanced sensing, motion control, and edge intelligence.
- Establish and nurture executive‑level relationships with partner organizations to align strategic objectives and foster long‑term collaboration.
- Create joint solutions with key partners, ensuring collaborations address emerging market needs and deliver differentiated capabilities.
- Drive the creation of joint solutions by integrating Lattice technologies with partner offerings across the physical AI landscape, ensuring both technical and business synergy.
- Lead the development and execution of joint go‑to‑market strategies, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and channel activation.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Lattice product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Monitor partnership performance, capture feedback, and optimize engagement models to maximize value for Lattice and its partners.
- Represent Lattice at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote ecosystem initiatives and expand business networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partner management within the semiconductor, technology, or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with companies specializing in physical AI, intelligent sensing, or motion control technologies.
- Strong executive presence, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create joint solutions and execute go‑to‑market strategies with technology partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to support partner engagements and business objectives.
Pay & Benefits
Base Pay Range: 240,000 (USD). In addition to base pay, the role may be eligible for variable/incentive compensation and/or equity. The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
