Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Sr DSP Algorithms Engineer to drive RF and digital satellite communication system development in El Segundo, CA on-site. You will design and verify multi-rate DSP algorithms, lead technical efforts, and support HDL-level design and system verification.

Required 5+ years in DSP and digital communications, 3+ years with Matlab/Simulink, and 1+ year with FPGAs/ASICs. Strong MBSE/DOORS experience is preferred, with company-provided benefits and an emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Recent 5 years of experience in Digital signal processing (DSP) / Digital Communications algorithms and techniques (equalization, turbo/viterbi coding/decoding, channel estimation, filter design, resampling theory, etc.).
• Recent 3+ years of experience with Matlab or Simulink.
• Recent 5+ years of experience in core digital communications and signal processing theory.
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering (MBSE/DOORS, requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design and trade design).
• 1+ years of experience working with FPGAs or ASICs.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr DSP Algorithms Engineer.

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Location: El Segundo, CA-Onsite

As a Sr DSP Algorithms Engineer, you will:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $85/hr to $95/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
