Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Drug Replacement Analyst to oversee patient enrollment in manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs and manage all related records. You will liaise with hospital staff, patients, and drug manufacturers to maximize drug replacement and reduce pharmaceutical expenses for the Hospital District.

You will provide support and training to the Drug Replacement Analyst and assist the Drug Replacement Manager, in a hybrid telecommuter schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business or healthcare admin preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Registered Pharmacy Tech license is required.
• 3 years of healthcare or reimbursement experience; advanced Excel and reporting preferred.
• 1 year of management or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment of patients in drug manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs.
• Manage all records and paperwork from start to finish.
• Interact with hospital staff, patients and drug manufacturers to maximize drug replacement.
• Support and train the Drug Replacement Analyst and assist the Drug Replacement Manager.

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Drug Replacement Analyst is responsible for overseeing the enrollment of patients in drug manufacturer's Patient Assistance Programs and managing all records and paperwork associated with the process from beginning to end. The position requires interaction with various hospital staff, patients and drug manufactures to ensure maximized drug replacement to decrease the pharmaceutical expenses for the Hospital District by utilizing free Program Assistance Programs. The Senior Drug Replacement Analyst provides support and training for the Drug Replacement Analyst (DRA) and will assist the Drug Replacement Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degrees: Bachelor's Degree; Business degree or Healthcare Administration preferred
• School Education: HS diploma/GED
• Licenses & Certifications: Registered Pharmacy Tech required
• Work Experience: Three (3) Years Work Experience in healthcare or reimbursement; (Advanced Excel and Reporting Skills Preferred)
• Management Experience: One (1) Year of Management Experience in management or lead experience (preferred)
