Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a strategic planner to support the development of divisional strategies, identify tools to assess and track opportunities, and drive end-to-end report development across internal business and analytics teams.

The role supports governance for evaluating opportunities, requires experience in project management within a matrixed environment, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years' experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development, in health care industry OR consulting OR Master/Professional Degree and 4 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry OR consulting OR 7 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry.
• Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated organization, prioritization, problem solving, communication skills including presentation and group facilitation experience.
• Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments at various levels in the organization;
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, with strong Excel skills.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range

$69,800.00 - $125,900.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
