Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Distribution Operations, Engineering, and Strategic Projects to lead the Americas distribution network transformation.

You will oversee 3PLs, production control, engineering, PMO, and maintenance, driving efficiency and modernization across the network. You will partner with global logistics goals, manage large-scale programs, and shape future processes using automation and robotics.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering with 10+ years in distribution.
• Experience in apparel/footwear distribution preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas distribution transformation and 3PL management.
• Oversee network design, digital twin modeling, and optimization.
• Drive production control, maintenance, and engineering initiatives.
• Manage PMO functions and successful project delivery.
• Negotiate 3PL contracts and partner with logistics providers.
