Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Sr. Director - Technical Building Design in Greenville, SC. This role leads MEP design strategy, integrates with architectural and structural disciplines, and guides cross‑functional teams across regions.

You will shape design governance, drive innovation with digital tools, and manage performance and risk on complex projects while developing engineering talent within the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering.
• 8+ years of leadership, management, or oversight experience.
• Experience with design-build or design-assist delivery methods.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; LEED Accredited Professional preferred.

Leads cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver coordinated, constructible, and efficient design solutions.
