The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office per week, and Thursdays in-person for team meetings.

You will drive the strategic investment process, build business cases, and support resource allocation toward top initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in finance, FP&A, corporate strategy or related strategic finance role.
• Experience leading annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, or capital allocation.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business case development skills.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, with the ability to present exec-level recommendations.
• Strong project management in fast-paced environments.
• Ownership mindset balancing strategy with execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead components of the annual operating plan cycle with finance and strategy teams.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate strategic investment opportunities and allocate resources.
• Build financial models, business cases, and decision frameworks for prioritization.
• Develop clear reporting and insights on plan performance and investment progress.
• Support executive discussions with concise, data-driven recommendations.
