Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Solution Architecture for Global Medical Affairs, guiding technology strategy, integration standards, and solution design across our digital and AI portfolio.

You will govern architecture, design AI/ML systems, and ensure GxP/GDPR/HIPAA compliance while collaborating with senior Medical Affairs leaders to translate technical concepts into tangible business impact. Hybrid work setup preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT/digital architecture experience.
• 8+ years hands-on solution architecture.
• Proven AI/ML system design experience.
• Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with life sciences digital systems (Veeva, Salesforce).
• Experience in GxP environments and pharma compliance; executive stakeholder engagement.

• Design AI/ML systems and multi-lingual compliant solutions; establish CI/CD and telemetry.
• Drive data integration across platforms such as Veeva CRM and Salesforce.

• Oversee a technical pod (UX Designer, Scrum Master) and manage a team.
• Manage multi-million-dollar investments, vendor assessments, and risk mitigation.
