Intel Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and architects delivering software solutions across firmware, drivers, operating systems, applications, and platforms.

You will mentor, define objectives, and drive execution while collaborating with hardware, validation, architecture, and product teams to meet strategic goals and deliver high-quality software in a highly collaborative and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics is required.
• 20+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of direct people-management experience leading software engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering complex software products through full development lifecycle.
• Strong depth in systems software, firmware, GPU/graphics software and AI/ML, cloud or distributed systems.
• Strong C/C++ expertise.
• Experience with device drivers (KMD/UMD).
• Knowledge of graphics APIs DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
