Job summary

DAP is seeking a Senior Director of SIOP to lead integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning, delivering customer service excellence while optimizing working capital and supply chain performance.

The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance and Leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision making. A strong operational leader is essential to advance forecast accuracy and supplier collaboration across the network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, operations, engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP.
  • Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in consumer products or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Director, SIOP is responsible for leading DAP's integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning processes to deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing inventory, working capital, and supply chain performance. This role drives cross-functional alignment, enables data-driven decision-making, and ensures execution of a best-in-class SIOP process that supports profitable growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in consumer products or manufacturing environments.

Pay Range

Pay Range$165k- $185k per year.
