DAP is seeking a Senior Director of SIOP to lead integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning, delivering customer service excellence while optimizing working capital and supply chain performance.

The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance and Leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision making. A strong operational leader is essential to advance forecast accuracy and supplier collaboration across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, operations, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in consumer products or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, balancing demand, supply, inventory strategy, and business objectives.
• Drive service excellence, inventory optimization, and working capital improvement across the supply network.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Director, SIOP is responsible for leading DAP's integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning processes to deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing inventory, working capital, and supply chain performance. Requirements
