Job summary

DAP is seeking a Senior Director, SIOP to lead our integrated demand, supply, inventory and business planning processes in Baltimore, driving end-to-end SIOP execution and optimizing working capital while meeting customer needs. You will partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance and leadership to deliver data-driven decisions, establish KPIs, and build a high-performing planning organization.

A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in supply chain leadership are required; MBA and SAP IBP experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in consumer products or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations.

Job description

The Senior Director, SIOP is responsible for leading DAP’s integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning processes to deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing inventory, working capital, and supply chain performance. • MBA or advanced degree.
• SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP experience.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification.

Pay Range

• $165k- $185k per year.
