Job summary

DAP, a market leading home repair and construction products manufacturer, seeks a Senior Director, SIOP in Baltimore, MD. You will lead integrated demand, supply, inventory and business planning to deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing working capital.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, enable data-driven decision-making, and execute a best-in-class SIOP process that supports profitable growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in consumer products or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIOP process balancing demand, supply, inventory and business objectives.
• Drive service excellence, inventory optimization and working capital improvement across the supply network.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs with actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, product availability, and supply chain efficiency.
• Develop, coach and lead a high-performing planning organization.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations.

The Senior Director, SIOP is responsible for leading DAP’s integrated demand, supply, inventory, and business planning processes to deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing inventory, working capital, and supply chain performance. This role drives cross-functional alignment, enables data-driven decision-making, and ensures execution of a best-in-class SIOP process that supports profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, balancing customer demand, supply capabilities, inventory strategy, and business objectives.
• Drive service excellence, inventory optimization, and working capital improvement across the supply network.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve operational performance and achieve business goals.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, product availability, inventory productivity, and supply chain efficiency.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing planning organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or SIOP.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Pay Range
