The hiring range for this role is:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Director, Rebate Invoicing & Audit, is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the end-to-end invoicing and rebate operations team, overseeing client inquiries, and delivering value. The role partners with Financial Operations and IT to drive innovation, strategic plans, and project implementation, shaping the long-term vision for invoicing processes, working with senior leaders and external stakeholders to optimize client experience and ensure alignment across initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Required: 10 years in client relations, rebates, project management, or related leadership roles, with extensive healthcare or PBM industry experience. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred: Client engagement, program management, PBM/healthcare experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include client experience, analytical skills, leadership, communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
Financial Responsibilities include revenue, budget, and people management.
