About the Opportunity
The Sr Director Quality Improvement provides strategic direction and oversight of the enterprise Quality program for Children's Health System of Texas (CHST). This highly visible leadership role oversees quality assurance, clinical performance improvement, and clinical effectiveness, with a focus on delivering exceptional, reliable, evidence-based and equitable care across CHST.This leader will work closely with clinical, physician, operational and executive leaders to strengthen quality improvement capabilities, advance enterprise-wide improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety, the Sr Director also has matrix reporting to the Chief Quality Officer of CHST and directs the operations of the system Quality department.This is an opportunity to lead quality improvement at an enterprise level and have a meaningful impact on the care and outcomes of children across a large and complex health system.
