Job summary

Cooper Standard Automotive, Inc. in Northville, MI is seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage North America manufacturing.

  • Ability to influence organizations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary.

Position Summary

This individual will have responsibility for manufacturing activity including: achieving required financial performance (P&L), meeting customer production and quality requirements, launching new programs, ongoing improvements in safety culture and performance, and development of talent for future succession within Operations.
