As a Senior Director of Software Engineering on the Consumer & Community Bank Small Business team, you will lead engineering teams to build AI‑native solutions from the ground up, embedding AI coding tools, agentic workflows, and LLM‑powered capabilities into every layer of the platform, while transforming team culture to operate with speed and experimentation as AI tooling evolves. Your exceptional communication and influencing abilities will foster productive relationships with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, effective risk management, and high‑confidence operational delivery.
