Our platform powers scheduling, dispatch, provider management, and benefit administration, using a dynamic marketplace model to connect patients with trusted care providers.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $171,000 to $184,000 + incentive compensation, depending on factors such as experience, skillset, and location within our hiring markets. We are hiring in Louisville, KY; Raleigh-Durham, NC; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; and Nashville, TN. CareCar is committed to equitable and competitive compensation practices that reflect our values and the impact of each role.
