Thriving Manufacturing company seeking a Sr. Director of Finance! In this role, you'll be focusing on short and long-term FP&A of two business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. In this role you will be reporting directly to the CFO. An ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience with Fixed Assets and Inventory Management. This position is located in University Park, IL and will have hybrid flexibility!

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field)
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, OR FRM is preferred, not required!
• 8 + years of progressive responsibilities for a major company/division of a large corporation
• Extensive experience with Fixed Assets and Inventory Management
• Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
• Extensive experience with auditing, managing reports, developing & analyzing, GL
• Ability & desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals of all levels (not just finance)
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data, & reporting
• Knowledge of financial regulations, complying with tax laws, financial reporting standards and internal controls
