Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As our Sr Director Nursing Perioperative and Procedural Services at California Hospital, you will be responsible for Surgical / Periop and Procedural services including Main OR, CVOR, Out-patient Surgery Center, Pre-Op, PACU, GI, SPD, Cath Lab, and Cardiology. You will also be responsible for procedural services at our Women's Health Center.

Many surgical specialties are supported, including trauma, vascular/general, liver/pancreatic, ortho, urology, gastrology, and gyn. We utilize the latest technologies and equipment such as the daVinci robotic system.

You will direct the operations, work with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and collaborate with the Surgical and Procedural Managers, and other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

1. Bachelors Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and Masters degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g. MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
3. Minimum of three (3) years of nurse leadership experience required.

Licensure:

1. Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.

Pay Range

$79.07 - $114.66 /hour
