Job Summary/Objective:
The Senior Director, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) will lead, mentor and develop Neurelis’ high performance national field-based medical team. This leader will establish annual strategic plans around VALTOCO (diazepam nasal spray), disease state education, and clinical development programs (as requested) to ensure operational and tactical alignment with corporate and departmental goals. This role will establish key quantitative and qualitative indicators and track MSL performance regularly to ensure effective and compliant engagement with external healthcare professionals. The Senior Director will also facilitate and bolster the team’s interactions with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional integrated field activities to ensure these are conducted within internal policies and external regulations. Furthermore, this person will function as a key contributor within a small, private and rapidly growing pharmaceutical company while actively contributing to the strategic and operational development of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs (CDMA).This remote position will report into the Vice President, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance.
