About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking technology executive who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a talented IT team and partner across the enterprise to design and execute a three- to five-year IT strategy roadmap that unlocks operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.

As our Sr. Director, Information Technology, you will be the architect and driver of transformation — leading enterprise systems modernization, cloud and AI enablement, data intelligence, and operational innovation across our manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate environments. You’ll shape how technology powers every part of our business — from plant-floor automation and predictive workforce planning to real-time business intelligence and digital collaboration. This is an opportunity to build a next-generation IT ecosystem that sets the standard for efficiency, visibility, and growth in the food and beverage industry. Your impact will be immediate and long-term — enabling the business to make smarter decisions, work faster, and operate more securely.

As a Certified B Corporation®, Clover Sonoma is a purpose-driven company leading the way in sustainable business. Here, your work supports not only production uptime, but also our broader commitment to people, animals, and the planet.

Salary Range: $190,000 – $220,000 annually DOE

A Day in the Life
What You’ll Lead
Create and execute a 3–5 year IT strategy and roadmap that drives growth, digital maturity, and readiness for scale.
  • Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies that improve visibility, traceability, and data-driven decision-making across business functions, manufacturing, and distribution.
  • Lead enterprise modernization — from ERP to AI — to ensure every technology investment delivers measurable business value.
  • Champion an AI and data governance framework that accelerates automation, predictive insights, and responsible innovation.
  • Lead and optimize SAP S/4HANA for end-to-end processes: Purchase-to-Pay, Make-to-Stock, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
  • Integrate and enhance SAP S/4HANA, UKG and BI (Qlik) to enable workforce planning, labor analytics, and predictive modeling across production and operations.
  • Oversee connected systems including CRM, Redzone, Telus trade tool, EDI, and banking platforms to ensure seamless data flow and real-time insight.
  • Leverage Qlik and advanced BI tools to deliver predictive analytics, executive dashboards, and operational transparency.
  • Build and champion an enterprise knowledge management strategy that captures expertise and accelerates decision-making.
Cloud, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure
  • Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure across three facilities — from cloud architecture to plant connectivity.
  • Lead cloud transformation and hybrid architecture initiatives leveraging AWS and SAP BTP.
  • Build a cybersecurity and compliance culture, protecting systems and data through modern frameworks (NIST/ISO).
  • Oversee desktop support operations and end-user experience — ensuring every employee has reliable, secure, and high-performing tools to succeed.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
  • Deliver enterprise-class IT and desktop support services with strong SLAs and continuous improvement metrics.
  • Deploy IoT, AI, and automation technologies to optimize production, logistics, and asset utilization.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to deploy predictive analytics for workforce forecasting, scheduling, and performance optimization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and licensing strategy to maximize ROI and innovation alignment.
Leadership & Culture
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing IT organization that blends technical excellence with business insight.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a bilingual leader bridging English and Spanish-speaking teams in the US and Colombia to align technology with business goals.
What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, IoT, and enterprise collaboration ecosystems (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint).
  • Experience overseeing desktop support, fleet management, CRM, and route accounting systems.
  • Leadership: Strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and change leader who thrives on driving innovation and business impact.
