We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional end-user and systems support across all locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive, problem-solver who excels in both Windows and macOS environments, understands the unique demands of a manufacturing setting, and thrives on ensuring technology uptime across all business operations.

Salary Range: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour DOE
The Desktop Support Technician plays a key role in maintaining Clover’s technology infrastructure across its multi-site operation. This position provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for all end users, covering desktop systems, printers, copiers, mobile devices, and critical production systems, including Route Accounting, and Warehouse Mobility technologies.
This role demands excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills, with a proactive approach to maintaining uptime in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Early morning and occasional weekend/on-call availability are required to support 24/7 plant operations.
