Job description

Summary

Engage with leadership teams across multiple departments to co-create organizational and people strategies that drive business results. Provide strategic, trusted consultation and thought leadership to executive leaders and their teams to forecast, identify, develop, and implement proactive business and talent solutions aligned with enterprise people strategies. Focus areas include talent strategy, DI strategy, organizational design and transitions, workforce strategy and planning, data and analytics, and engagement strategies. All responsibilities involve leveraging data and analytics to inform business consultation and talent solutions.

Primary Duties and Qualifications

  • Partner with multiple departments' Business Leadership Teams to co-create organizational and people strategies that deliver results.
  • Provide strategic, trusted consultation and thought leadership to the EO/DH and leadership teams to develop and implement proactive business and talent solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise people strategies.
  • Serve as the coordinator to ensure effective execution of solutions with key partners across HR and the organization.
  • Leverage data and analytics proactively to inform solutions, applying analysis skills to interpret findings and provide data-driven insights.
  • Navigate multiple systems and programs, including analytic tools and HR systems.
  • Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, adapting work style to support organizational priorities.
  • Engage and consult on escalated issues impacting department heads, including political or precedent-setting issues.
  • Focus areas will evolve but currently include talent and DI strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, data analytics, and engagement strategies.
  • Continuously develop skills to maximize value to the business and HR organization.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of HR experience, with a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent education and experience.
  • Significant experience as a business partner to top leadership teams.
  • Expertise in business and talent strategy, workforce planning, data analytics, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Ability to engage in courageous dialogue, offer challenging ideas, and deliver complex messages effectively.
  • Ability to respond quickly and creatively to change and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to co-create solutions and lead teams in execution to achieve business goals.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic perspective, leveraging outside-in insights to forecast and address needs.
  • Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong analytical, data, and technology skills.
