Job summary

Lilly's new Lehigh Valley manufacturing site seeks a Senior Director-HSE to lead health, safety and environmental strategies during construction, start-up and steady operation. You will build and guide an on-site HSE organization, advance a strong safety culture, implement comprehensive HSE programs, manage regulatory interactions, and support the site’s transition from construction to routine biopharma manufacturing.
