Position: Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing

Okta seeks a results-driven leader to develop and execute our global partner marketing strategy. This role owns the vision for engaging our ecosystem of GSIs, ISVs, CSPs, and managing our global partner programs and operations.

You will accelerate partner-driven pipeline and revenue, craft compelling co-marketing stories, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure scalable execution. Working closely with leadership, you will position partner marketing as a key growth driver and support sales acceleration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead the global partner marketing strategy for GSI, CSP, and ISV routes.
  2. Define partner value propositions, messaging, and benefits with product teams.
  3. Expand demand generation to create partner-led opportunities and report on ROI.
  4. Align with sales and marketing teams to integrate partners into GTM plans and campaigns.
  5. Establish KPIs and measure program effectiveness.
  6. Build relationships with key partner marketing leaders.
  7. Manage the global MDF budget and report on ROI.
  8. Organize partner events like summits and conferences.
  9. Mentor and grow a high-performing partner marketing team.
Qualifications:
  1. 10+ years in partner marketing within SaaS, with global strategy experience.
  2. Deep knowledge of GSI, ISV, CSP business models and GTM strategies.
  3. Proven success in impactful global programs that deliver results.
  4. Ability to collaborate across regions and teams.
  5. Strong fundamentals in demand gen, ABM, and customer journey.
  6. Analytical skills to derive insights from data.
  7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  8. Leadership experience in managing teams.
  9. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
