Job Summary

Are you an energetic leader with a passion for transforming dining experiences? We're seeking a dynamic Sr Director of Dining Services to lead our team in delivering outstanding service and unforgettable culinary adventures for our premiere food service operation located in Elko, NV. From strategic planning to operational excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of salaried managers and frontline associates.
  2. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
  3. Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the organization.
  4. Own the annual budget and control costs effectively.
  5. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
  6. Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and associates.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the dining service operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Services Management, Culinary, Nutrition, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of foodservice management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends is preferred.
  • Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
