Job Description

GE HealthCare's MIM business is seeking a strategic and operationally focused leader to serve as Director, Digital Solutions Delivery. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring customer deployments are delivered predictably, efficiently, and at scale. The Director will own the systems, governance, performance metrics, resource strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable successful implementation outcomes across the MIM portfolio. Working across Commercial Delivery, Customer Success, Clinical Solutions, Workflow Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, this leader will establish the operational framework that transforms implementation from a project execution function into a scalable business capability that accelerates customer value realization and supports long-term revenue growth. This role is focused on operational leadership, organizational effectiveness, and business performance rather than day‑to‑day project management.

Essential Responsibilities
Delivery Operations Leadership
  • Lead the operational strategy and performance of the implementation organization across all MIM products and solutions.
  • Establish scalable delivery frameworks that drive execution excellence, customer outcomes, and long‑term business growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align implementation capabilities with commercial objectives and customer commitments.
Performance & KPI Ownership
  • Own implementation performance metrics and drive improvements in delivery efficiency, time‑to‑value, throughput, resource utilization, and customer readiness.
  • Lead operational reviews using data‑driven insights to identify risks, remove barriers, and improve organizational performance.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Resource Planning & Capacity Management
  • Lead workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation strategies to support business demand.
  • Partner across Commercial Delivery, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to align delivery capacity with organizational priorities.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks that could impact delivery performance or customer outcomes.
Process Excellence & Operational Governance
  • Own implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, SOPs, operational tooling, and best practices.
  • Drive standardization and adoption of processes that improve scalability, consistency, and customer experience.
  • Ensure operational systems, reporting, and implementation data support effective decision‑making and execution.
People & Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Lead and develop high‑performing teams focused on execution excellence and customer success.
  • Foster strong partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Solutions, Workflow Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex operational challenges and drive alignment toward successful business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading project delivery, implementation operations, professional services, clinical operations, PMO, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of progressive people leadership experience, including managing managers and/or large cross‑functional organizations.
  • Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, organizational transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience developing performance metrics, executive dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks.
  • Strong background in forecasting, capacity planning, resource utilization, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization and lead through collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within healthcare IT, healthcare software, medical technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies, customer onboarding, customer success, or professional services organizations.
  • Experience leading large‑scale operational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging operational analytics to drive business performance.
Success Measures
  • Improve implementation throughput and delivery predictability.
  • Reduce implementation cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
  • Increase capacity planning effectiveness and resource utilization.
  • Improve customer readiness and implementation handoff effectiveness.
  • Advance standardization across implementation practices and governance.
