What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and articulate strategic and business plans in collaboration with the executive team
- Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide actionable recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Manager or in a senior managerial role
- Strong business acumen with a successful track record in the healthcare industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and lead projects with cross-functional teams
