Compensation & Incentives

    • Competitive Salary: Earn between $91,500 - $104,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
    • Clinical Excellence Pays Off: Earn between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
    • 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.
    • 30+ hours of free CEU annually.
    • Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-hour Supervision Training.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
  • Required:Must be a licensed BCBA for at least one and a half years.
  • Desired Traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
