Sr. Director Clinical Operations 2063991

Location: Northeast (Remote)

Focus : Oncology

Job Overview: This role will lead clinical program execution, focusing on budget, timelines, and quality to achieve goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Exceed enrollment targets with strategies that comply with SOP, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
  • Establish operational plans for budget, safety, and issue management for smooth trial execution.
  • Lead clinical operations and partnerships with CROs/vendors for quality work within budget and timeline.
  • Oversee financial aspects and maintain strategic relations with clinical sites and external meetings.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • B.A./B.S. in a science-related field or RN, strongly preferred PharmD or Master’s degree, with over 12 years of clinical research experience, including 9+ years in clinical study or program management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Well-versed in CFR and ICH GCP guidelines, with a proven track record of applying these standards effectively in clinical research.
  • Proficient in managing and executing later-phase clinical trials, ensuring compliance with established timelines and protocol requirements.
  • Demonstrates leadership in team settings and excels in managing multiple tasks, adapting to changing environments, and maintaining clinical data integrity through meticulous study output reviews.
