Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our team responsible for driving acquisition sales in the software space. As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue within the B2B2C cyber security market. Your role will involve identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and partnerships with key players in the industry, and leading negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will need to build and manage a high-performing sales team, inspire and influence them to exceed expectations, while building strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally. Reporting to the VP of Americas Sales, you will play a critical role in achieving our acquisition sales targets.

What You Will Do in This Role :

  • Set strategic direction for the sales team, aligning resources and tactics to deliver on targets.
  • Build a solid pipeline by generating leads and cultivating opportunities.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and timely reporting of sales results.
  • Inspire and influence the sales team to deliver and exceed expectations, and develop team members' sales skills and expertise.
  • Engage with C-Level clients to effectively demonstrate the ROI and financial benefits of company’s offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market shifts to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for our customers. Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, Product, and Operational teams to implement and execute measurable growth strategies that result in making our products the first choice of a range of customers.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of leadership experience in software sales, preferably in the cyber security space.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent Sales Qualification skills and proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to drive acquisition accounts in consumer cyber safety, with experience in privacy and identity.
  • Technical aptitude and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Deep understanding of the B2B2C cyber security space, including competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrated competencies around drive for results, dealing with ambiguity, working cross-functionally, situational awareness, executive presence, and financial acumen.
  • Ability to travel.
