JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Director, Business Buyer & Competitive Insights will frame the Spectrum Business value proposition, leading the development of buyer centric go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive Data, Voice, Video, and Managed Services growth across target audiences.
This role requires subject matter expertise related to communications technology, competitive intelligence, positioning, opportunity sizing, buyer insights and targeting. The Sr Director will leverage this expertise with strong leadership skills to manage their team’s development of compelling positioning and presence in market delivered via messaging, thought leadership, partnerships, industry events and integrated GTM strategies.
This position will lead close collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Relevant leadership experience building and growing a high performing marketing teams of 5 or more employees - 7-10 years.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing strategy roles focused on vertical markets, mid-sized, and large enterprise businesses.
Preferred Education
MBA or graduate level Marketing degree preferred.
