About the role
Reports to: EVP, Business Development and M&A
Work Location: Florham Park, NJ (HQ Corporate Office) is ideal. Remote work location is an option if based in the Northeast or Midwest with easy access to a major airport (prefer Philadelphia, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit).
Travel: Will depend on work location, expected to be around 30-50%
This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role within our Business Development team, focused on expanding REworld\'s MPF network, encompassing both existing and new site development and project execution.
You can expect to develop 5 to 10 new MPF or industrial materials recycling facilities per year. This will include BD focused execution from early planning through to construction and handover to operations. This role requires high-level program management, team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and risk and budget control skills. The scope includes infrastructure growth, with frequent travel and strong business and technical oversight.
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Business, or related discipline required; Master\'s degree preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of education may be acceptable.
* Experience: 10+ years in project management required, leading project development/execution for facility or site development with full responsibility.
* Skills: Strong leadership, construction/engineering knowledge, permitting (environmental in particular), PM tools proficiency, cost management, and stakeholder communication.
* Tools: Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
* Safety: OSHA familiarity a plus.
Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and these ranges should not be considered career salary limits or caps. The pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. Some roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or additional incentives.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $175,360 to $289,338.
The pay offered is based on factors like relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, location, performance, internal equity, union contract (if applicable), work schedule, travel, and business needs.
In addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits, an Annual Incentive Plan, and a Long Term Incentive Plan.
