CNO Financial Group’s 40|86 Advisors is hiring a Sr. Director, Investment Operations and Data who is responsible for leading, governing, and continuously improving the firm’s end‑to‑end investment operating model across public and private asset classes. This role owns both the strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution of investment operations, ensuring that all portfolio activity is processed accurately, timely, and with fully supportable data and documentation. This role is accountable for trade processing, data governance, third‑party manager integration, mortgage servicing, and operational control frameworks, ensuring that all activities meet internal performance standards, accounting requirements, and regulatory obligations.
This role is affiliated to the Carmel, IN corporate office, and candidates for this role need to reside within a 60‑mile radius of that corporate office and will be required to come into that office. You may be asked to travel to other corporate offices periodically. Please be aware that work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
The stated pay range is based on a national‑average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is also eligible for CNO’s performance‑based annual bonus program.
Pay Range: $157,800.00 - $236,800.00 Annual
