Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst to act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions across 50+ enterprise apps.

The role supports CRM, MDM, SaaS platforms, integrations, reporting, automation, and governance while driving digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years in digital transformation projects with enterprise apps.
• Experience with CRM, MDM, SaaS administration, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 50+ app SaaS portfolio, from deployment to lifecycle.
• Support Dynamics 365 CRM or equivalent platforms.
• Gather requirements and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Create functional specs, user stories, workflows, and maps.
• Coordinate implementations, upgrades, testing, and cutovers.
• Support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, SFTP, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Coordinate vendors, AMS providers, and service partners.
• Maintain docs, SOPs, and governance artifacts.
• Drive automation, reporting, and process optimization.
• Ensure cybersecurity and IT policy compliance.
• Provide executive-ready status reports and KPIs.
• Lead UATs, SITs, and integration tests.
• Track software licenses and compliance.

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Solutions Analyst acts as the main liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions across a portfolio of more than 50 enterprise applications. The role supports CRM, Basic Master Data Management (MDM), SaaS platforms, integrations, reporting, automation, and enterprise governance while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Project Management and Digital Solutions Hands-on.
• AMS project management, follow up and tracking (vendor resources, budget, comparison assessment and SOW validation).
• Track and support the management of a portfolio of 50+ enterprise and SaaS applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or equivalent platforms.
• Support Basic Master Data Management (Customer, Vendor, Material, Product, Financial Master).
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Produce functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
• Coordinate implementations, upgrades, testing, cutovers, and hypercare.
• Support REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL, SFTP, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform integrations.
• Coordinate software vendors, AMS providers, and managed service partners.
• Maintain application documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and governance artifacts.
• Drive automation, reporting, and business process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, audit, and corporate IT policies.
• Provide executive-ready status reporting and KPI tracking.
• Accompany UATs, SITs and Integration tests.
• Track and control software licenses.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Technical Skills:

• Agile and Waterfall Practices (Scrum, SAFE , ITIL or PMP certifications would be a plus)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• AMS (Application Management Support) experience in SAP or other digital solutions.
• 5–8+ years supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with CRM, MDM, SaaS administration, and enterprise integrations.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
