Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Sr Digital Product Owner to maximize product value and define work for Development Teams in Power & Energy. You will own the Product Roadmap and Backlog, prioritizing features and decisions to drive business value.

You will collaborate with dealers, internal partners, and suppliers, while managing multiple projects with a focus on a clear product vision and effective communication across stakeholders. This is an onsite role based in Mossville, IL.

Qualifications

  • Four year Bachelor's degree; preferred fields include computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a product manager; 4+ years leading a team while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the Product Roadmap and Backlog and communicate priorities to the development team.
  • Act as Product Owner for larger, high-value projects and maximize product value.
  • Collaborate with CAT Dealers, internal partners and suppliers to deliver services.

The Product Owner collaborates with CAT Dealers, internal business partners, and suppliers to deliver world class services. This product owner role also manages the Gas Engine Rating Pro (GERP), Dynamic Gas Blending (DGB), Equipment Cost Estimator (ECE), and several other digital products. **What You Will Do:**The Product Owner’s primary task is to create and manage the Product Roadmap and Backlog and to ensure everyone knows the priorities of the Product.
