Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, programming or testing of one or more applications.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining multiple CAD applications.
• Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, and perform coding.
• Documents and reviews programs, including installation and maintenance.
• Develops multiple areas of expertise in installation, design, configuration or specialized testing.
• Applies knowledge of the users' operations, integration into IT standards and processes, and specialized training in the applications' use.
• Provides and acts on feedback for possible improvements.

Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Sr Digital Applications Developer. The Sr Digital Applications Developer will evaluate, develop, modify, code, and test software programs (with a focus on CAD) to support internal Daikin Applied programming needs as well as provide support to applications users throughout Daikin Applied. Under limited supervision you will analyze, test, and debug applications as well as document, evaluate and make modifications to existing programs or formulate logic for new programs. What you will do:

• Supports the design, programming or testing of one or more applications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience in software development

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years' experience in application and software development
• 4+ years of experience in CAD software development
• Experience with Helix Toolkit

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $90,00 to $153,000 (+ 10% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
