JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Digital Analytic & Reporting Analyst is responsible for analytical and reporting support of Charter’s residential and business e-commerce websites.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  2. Measure performance metrics for multiple e-commerce websites, focusing on site optimization, revenue attribution, media campaigns, business impact, and multi-channel behavior analysis. Emphasis on KPI identification and continuous improvement.
  3. Partner with business stakeholders to examine and compile web performance and transactional data, analyzing the correlation between online and offline sources to provide behavioral insights.
  4. Provide data interpretation, design models, and track results across marketing channels using various data sources and tools.
  5. Identify growth and optimization opportunities for data collection and web analytics services, collaborating with industry experts to ensure best practices.
  6. Develop standardized data collection methodologies for reporting online campaigns, website behavior, and conversion performance.
  7. Work with IT to create infrastructure supporting enterprise-scale web analytics tools.
  8. Identify opportunities to capture additional user behavior data and develop strategies for reporting on key performance indicators.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop technical requirements documentation.
  10. Lead web analytics tag implementation and testing for online media, landing pages, websites, and applications.
  11. Manage relationships with digital analytics vendors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Omniture, Access, and Tableau.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Computer Science.

Work Experience

  • Digital Marketing: 5+ years
  • Analytics: 3+ years

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in collaborative team environments.
  • Experience with attribution modeling, e-commerce, Adobe Omniture/SiteCatalyst, Adobe Target, and Google Adwords.

Preferred Education

Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred but not required.
