Job summary

Optimal Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced DevSecOps lead with 10+ years in DoD or Federal Civilian programs. You will own the pipeline toolchain, coordinate on-prem and cloud integration, and drive secure, automated delivery across development, testing and deployment stages.

You will leverage AWS GovCloud, IaC and IAM controls to strengthen security posture while reducing defects and accelerating time-to-market. Remote work supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• IAT II Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Secret clearance (can start with interim).
• 10+ years of DoD or Federal Civilian DevSecOps experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of on-prem and cloud toolchains, including build, test, deploy, and security tooling.
• Oversee planning, configuration, integration, verification, and validation of pipeline toolchains.
• Support DevSecOps to deliver continuous, automated processes to reduce defects and improve productivity.
• Manage development pipelines and environments.
• Work with AWS GovCloud and security services, IaC, IAM, ACLs, and container security.

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience on DoD or Federal Civilian programs supporting DevSecOps activities.

Responsibilities:

• On-prem and cloud integrating multiple tools including build engines, testing and deployment and security tooling.
• Lead the technical planning, configuration, integration, verification and validation of the pipeline toolchain and its operation.
• Support DevSecOps efforts to ensure delivery of a demand model that leverages continuous everything to reduce defects while increasing productivity and time-to-market.
• Experience in managing pipelines for development.
• Experience working in AWS GovCloud with AWS security services, IaC, AWS IAM, Network ACLs, and container security are highly desired
