Job summary

Progressive IT seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to support secure, high-performance cloud and hybrid environments powering mission-critical apps. You will automate infrastructure, refine deployment processes, and ensure reliability across development and production environments.

Responsibilities include building cloud plus on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation of configs, monitoring, backups, and security.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and Git source control.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with C++ or Java.
• Experience automating deployments, infrastructure, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across complex enterprise environments.
