Job summary

Target seeks a Senior Designer on the Architecture & Guest Experience (AGx) team to translate guest experience, brand, and business strategies into architecturally sound, buildable solutions. You will adapt design intent to real-world conditions while addressing location, code, cost, and constructability constraints, preserving design integrity.

You will own discrete projects and contribute to broader programs across new stores, remodels, prototype evolution, and innovation efforts.

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

About The Role

As a Senior Designer on the Architecture team, you will operate at the intersection of design and technical execution—translating guest experience, brand, and business strategies into architecturally sound, buildable solutions. This role is responsible for taking design intent and adapting it to real-world conditions—developing site-specific architectural solutions that respond to location, code, cost, and constructability constraints while preserving and elevating the integrity of the design. You will bring a clear design point of view and apply it to shape architectural outcomes that are both compelling and buildable.
