WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Senior Designer supports major clients by designing experiences that set standards through conceptual direction, production, sketching, prototyping, and planning. You will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to bring ideas to life, exercising discretion and independent judgment across digital, eCommerce, lifestyle, and tech content.

You will report to the Creative Director, support strategic goals, and contribute to team efforts to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• Collaborate with a remote team of 15+ creatives and interact with a larger group of 40+ professionals.
• Contribute to large-scale digital projects, including websites, e-commerce, animated demos, branding, and more.
• Create presentations in Figma and Google Docs, prepare documentation, and deliver assets to developers.
• Lead and collaborate, bringing fresh perspectives and driving results.
• Work with minimal processes, proactively solving problems and exceeding client expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to meet project objectives.
• Propose process improvements and support ongoing team growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in design and interactive work.
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite; prototyping and animation skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of visual, user-centered, interaction design, and branding.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and work professionally within a creative culture.
