We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Designer. In coordination with the Design team, this role brings the creative designs of our design and global sourcing office to life. The role requires a passionate and motivated individual, well versed in men’s apparel, fabrics, design principles, and the design, development, and sourcing processes. The ideal candidate is a passionate and highly organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

The starting salary for this position is $116,002 – $154,648 and may increase to $193,294 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
