Micron Technology, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a CAD Engineer to develop and support CAD software, EDA tools, and flows for CMOS design and verification.
You will debug and optimize in‑house and commercial solutions in production, and develop P-cells and automation to enable efficient tapeout. Collaborate with design, PI, and process teams, document processes, and train end users while applying Linux environments, shell scripting, and version control.

As a CAD Engineer, you will play a critical role in keeping our design ecosystem running efficiently and reliably. You’ll develop, improve, and support both in‑house and commercial EDA tools while partnering closely with engineers across the design flow. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys debugging, innovating, and enabling others to do their best work.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full‑time position is: $104,000.00 - $221,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
