Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a CAD Engineer to design, develop, and support CAD software and EDA tools for CMOS design and verification in our EDA and Design Enablement team.
You will debug and optimize both in-house and commercial tools, develop P‑cells and automation, and collaborate across design, PI, and process teams to address workflow challenges. The role emphasizes hands-on debugging, innovation, and enabling others to excel in design enablement.

As a CAD Engineer, you will play a critical role in keeping our design ecosystem running efficiently and reliably. You’lldevelop, improve, and support both in‑house and commercial EDA tools while partnering closely with engineers across the design flow. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys debugging, innovating, and enabling others to do their best work.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full‑time position is: $104,000.00 - $221,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
