Ladders is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist for its Digital Native Business in San Francisco, CA. The role partners with senior stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable delivery plans and guide agile execution from scope through launch and adoption.

You will lead deep discovery, shape solution requirements, and drive an engineering backlog, delivering measurable outcomes for high-value customer engagements and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software projects.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including cloud platforms and security governance.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex agile projects from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build C-suite trust and conduct deep discovery to quantify business value around $10M+ problems
• Author the product requirements document (PRD) and manage the engineering backlog
• Drive technical discovery and lead the engineering team through an agile delivery process
• Manage solution launch, from Day 0 readiness to user iteration and full adoption
• Scope an ongoing maintenance plan and act as a trusted advisor for future engagements

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Deployment Strategist, FDE - Digital Native Business to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable delivery plans. You will lead deep discovery, shape solution requirements, and guide agile execution from initial scope through launch and adoption. The position blends executive-facing advisory work with hands-on program leadership, ensuring measurable outcomes for high-value customer engagements and long-term success.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $219,765 – $302,220 annually
