Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end customer rollout projects across multiple teams. You will drive planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder communication from conception through go-live and beyond.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in project or program management
  • Proven track record managing customer-facing implementation, deployment, or rollout projects with measurable success
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
  • Up to 20% travel required for customer and/or site visits, on-site project oversight, training delivery and executive customer meetings

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for customer rollouts, including detailed scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Manage comprehensive stakeholder communication and relationship building with customers, internal cross-functional teams, and executive leadership throughout all project phases
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress against key milestones, manage timeline dependencies, and proactively address schedule risks
  • Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure all deliverables meet Gasboy standards and exceed customer expectations
  • Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor risk indicators, and escalate critical issues appropriately
  • Coordinate and align technical, implementation, support, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and maximize customer readiness
  • Conduct comprehensive post-implementation reviews, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in rollout processes

Job Overview

Gasboy is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer project rollouts. This role is critical to ensuring successful implementation of Gasboy solutions across our customer base. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management expertise, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted implementations from conception through go-live and beyond.

WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in project or program management
  • Proven track record managing customer-facing implementation, deployment, or rollout projects with measurable success
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
  • Up to 20% travel required for customer and/or site visits, on-site project oversight, training delivery and executive customer meetings
Preferred:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
  • Experience in the retail, fuel, convenience store, or technology industry
  • Familiarity with Gasboy products, solutions, or similar enterprise software platforms
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational transformation

The base compensation range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.

For this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
